The home is designated “historic” and is estimated to have been built around 1883. The house is a craftsman-style American Foursquare. At the end of the elaborate Victorian era, Craftsman architecture became the popular style for the “in” crowd. The style boasts originality, simplicity utilizing local, handcrafted appointments from natural materials. While the home still has the beautiful original pinewood floors and original touches throughout, it has been updated to modern-day standards. Beautiful grounds and charming style make this spot unique for outdoor events. The home also makes for a beautiful photography backdrop. Le Bleu House Events of Boerne is located approximately half a mile off Main Street on a non-through street, yet it’s conveniently located near dining, shop, and Main Street Boerne. Boerne Brewery is also within walking distance.
